Dear Rose,
Thank you for providing my Aunt Bernice with tender family style care for the year she was with you. Although encouraged to eat in the dining room and join the other ladies for activities or watching TV; she was allowed to read in her room.
Every day she enjoyed feeling safe and cared for by Connie who was always gentle, capable, cheerful, and friendly. You and your staff always made me feel welcome.
At every visit I was impressed with the calm, secure atmosphere – the ladies eating together, or cozy in their recliners. As in a family, birthdays and holidays were celebrated and home cooked meals carefully suited to their needs and tastes; and always a dessert and snacks. I will always remember as I have the birthday pictures you took of her.
Best Wishes Always,

Dear Rose and Jim,
We both want to thank you for the great care you gave to our “Auntie” for the last almost nine years. Who would of ever thought that she would have been able to stay with you that long? We have always felt that you have treated us as part of a team to bring Elizabeth the most comfortable and enjoyable environment possible, and the most loving and devoted care we could ever want.
We realize that there were times when Elizabeth could be “difficult”. You and your staff assured us that the elderly often behave in ways they never would have when younger. We thank you for the “best place” for our Auntie in her declining years.
We really appreciate all the attention and care you and your great staff gave to her all those years. Neither of us can think of any things that we would have wanted to be changed. Special thanks to Connie, who was the loving care-giver for her last few years.
We would be happy to recommend your home to anyone desiring an outstanding home care facility for their family or friends.

Dear Rose,
Bell Ann and I can’t thank you enough for all the loving care and concern you showed Auntie and mother as well. We never thought Auntie’s stay would be this long, but since it was she couldn’t have been in a more loving environment. We remember how badly she wanted to return to your place when she had to recover in a nursing home following her surgery. She always felt secure and comfortable with you and the staff you so carefully chose to care for her.
Thanks for being the sensitive good person you are. There must be a special place in heaven for people like you.
With Much Love and Affection,
Bob

Dear Rose,
I want to thank you for all the care you have given Mom while she was at Greenfield Manor and for your continuing friendship now that she has to be at a nursing home. It has been a great blessing and relief to both my brother and me that she found such a caring place to live. As I speak from quite a distance away, I can only say how much it has meant to me.
Her room was perfect for her needs. You have such a wonderful family atmosphere that can be lacking in a number of facilities. In general you made the transition from her own home to your “family” home as easy one for her. I was greatly relieved to know that not only were her health needs met, but she also found new friends.
Rose, you are a special person who takes on much more than what is required of yourself. Thank you once again for all the kindness you showed me while I was there. Please pass on my thanks to your devoted staff.
With Kind Regards,
/s/ Cleo Field
